Magnetic Filter - reliable solution to the problem of ferrous contamination.

Magnetic filter is used in many fields and industries like plastic, food, metallurgical, chemical, pharmaceutical, sugar mill and others and can be made in three models: manual, semi-automatic and automatic.

Magnetic Grate can be constructed in 304 or 316 stainless steel and with sanitary finish (if necessary). The device also prevents damage to machinery separating ferrous particles and contamination of the product.

The magnetic properties may vary from 1,500 up to 10,000 Gauss, depending on the kind of magnetic materials: Ferrite or Neodymium Iron Boron (NdFeB)

Magnetic Grates are commercially available with three cleaning options:

Manual:  constructed in many sizes and shape without losing its superior quality of ferrous separation.

Semi-automatic: constructed with input / output flange and flow 1 - 200 T / h cleaning the grill only in 3 seconds.

Automatic: through a programmable panel, cleaning is done without human intervention
